GET INVOLVED AND MAKE CHANGE
From Stage
to Service
Broadway Serves
Co-founded by Kimberly Marable in 2012, Broadway Serves is a NYC based service organization whose mission is to connect theater professionals to volunteer opportunities, locally, nationally, and abroad. They are committed to creating a platform for theater makers on and off the stage, to be the change beyond the stage by engaging in hands-on activities that directly impact the needs of the most vulnerable communities. By partnering with organizations whose missions align with theirs, as well as developing socially responsible original programming, Broadway Serves fosters a culture of service, creating a bridge between the theater industry and the community at large to address issues of accessibility to basic human rights.

Broadway Cares
Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS (BC/EFA) is one of the leading nonprofit organizations in the theater community, dedicated to providing essential services for those affected by HIV/AIDS, as well as supporting a wide range of social service programs across the United States. Through its national and international fundraising and grant-making efforts, BC/EFA plays a critical role in providing assistance to individuals in need, by supporting vital community organizations, food programs, and healthcare facilities.
Kimberly Marable serves on the Board of Trustees for BC/EFA and has been a longtime champion of the organization’s mission. She is actively involved in its fundraising efforts and grant-making initiatives, helping to further its impact on both national and global communities.

Looking Ahead Program
The Looking Ahead Program, established by the Entertainment Community Fund, is designed to help young performers, aged 9-18, navigate the unique challenges of working in the entertainment industry. The program provides emotional, educational, and professional support to help young actors develop healthy, well-rounded lives and successful careers.
Kimberly Marable serves as the Vice Chair of the National Advisory Committee for the Looking Ahead Program. In addition to her leadership role, she actively collaborates with New York-based staff to organize community service activities for East Coast and NYC members, furthering her commitment to both the industry and community.
